I am an agent. How do I ensure that my prospective tenants are APPROVED?

If your prospect is not yet APPROVED simply enter their email address online & we will send them an electronic form to complete. You can download their report 24 hours later (they will provide you with a PIN).

  • Rental History: Verified & Authenticated Current/Previous Landlord Reference (If You Have Rented WIthin The Past 6 Years)
  • Affordability: Rent should not exceed 40% of annual gross income
